Payment and shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery within Germany and neighboring countries: European Union.

There is no shipping to the following foreign islands: Outside the European Union.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

4,99 € flat rate

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 1-5 days, for international deliveries within 1-14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA business direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account using a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive advance notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please ensure that the specified account has sufficient funds on the due date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited in connection with the conclusion of the contract.
